Dan Goujon

Born in 1965, Dan started playing guitar at the age of 11. After playing in a number of metal bands, he devoted most of his time to teaching, notably at Cap Rock (Poitiers Conservatoire) and at CESMD (training for music teachers), for some twenty years. He was also a composer for classical orchestras.
On 23 June 2023, Dan Goujon passed away. He had been a tester for our software for many years, and the Guitar Pro team would like to pay tribute to this great guitarist.
Why do I like Guitar Pro?
Dan Goujon had been using Guitar Pro for years and it had become an indispensable tool, both for his lessons and for his composing. Version 6 brought a number of particularly effective improvements. Long live Guitar Pro!
