Guitar Pro 7.5.5 now available!

Is there a version of guitar pro that will work on an m1 max MacBook Pro running macOS Monterey?

think i am having a similar issue as kenny who posted on 11.1.21. GP7 used to just work for me. now it wont launch at startup. M1 Mac Mini 2020. mac os monterey v12.0.1. can u please help me sort out?

In Monterey (Mac OS 12), GUITAR PRO 7.5.5 does not respond at startup (it worked normally some time ago), but 7.5.2 works normally, GUITAR PRO 7.5.5 also works normally on my other Mac. How can I fix it?

Does 7.5 work with the new iMac ARM Processors from 2021s 24″ iMacs?

Hi, would it be possible to add an option to repeat the last 4 bars as well as just the last 1 or 2 bars. I use guitar pro for making drum charts and this feature would make them look a lot tidier/easy to read

I really like guitar pro, especially the multiple voices feature for a single instrument. Is it possible to play a single voice independently in case of an instrument which has 2 or more voices? Each voice is editable, but I can’t seem to figure out how to play them independently.

Hi Gergely, this feature is not available I’m afraid sorry, but I have shared your question as a feature suggestion to the team, thanks a lot.

This software is almost overwhelming in respect of how feature rich it is and easy to use. In just a month I have produced loads of practice pieces. However, here’s a suggested improvement for the next update: Flamenco guitar makes extensive use of right hand strumming techniques of chords (not just rasgeado) which are shown as up and down “brush strokes”. Different right hand finger are used for this (normally different combinations of p, i, m and a). However Guitarpro doesn’t really recognise this and only has right hand fingering against individual notes, not against up/down brush strokes. Is it possible to modify the brush stokes buttons to include an options menu for inclusion of p, i, m and a (and not just one of these at a time but, for example, m and a)?

When will the MusicXML export feature be fixed? There’s no notation software that imports an MXL file that was exported by Guitar Pro cleanly. Either the notation doesn’t show up, or the measures are all crammed together. Please help

In Guitar Pro, the word “P.M.” used to appear on staff, but now appears only in TAB.Why is that?Can we go back in time…Can also be displayed on staff??

Hi, sorry for the moment it’s only possible to show “P.M” on top of the tablature, I have sent your request to the team, thanks.

Something is messed up with some tabs now.
Some notes that have been shown only once and where to “ring out” are now shown more often to be played again.
The tab is a .gp5 file and was shown normal on 7.5.4 and just changed after updating

You can already use VST using a MIDI bus if you change the output to MIDI

Please, patternship with some vst virtual library company…Ample Sound for example…for a vst support…would be awesome have real good sounds in guitar pro…better to compose

out of curiosity, when will it be possible to adjust the tuning of the entire score in one go?

At this moment if i want to change the tuning i would have to do so manually on every track involved,

it would be ideal if it were possible to select which tracks (or all tracks) i would want to adjust the tuning of, and then do so in a single go.
