Joe Bonamassa tabs
Blues rock needed a new guitar hero to inspire a new generation of players: that’s when Joe came along. Hailing from New york but deeply inspired by the British Blues hero of the sixties, he was Danny Gatton’s telecaster wielding protégé as a kid, took lessons with B.B. King and Eric Johnson before finding his own way on his Les Paul. Sloe Gin (2007) was his true introduction to a wide public, right before playing at the Royal Albert Hall with Clapton as a guest.
