Blondie tabs
The New York City scene of the second part of the seventies was a fascinating place, hometown of new wave and US punk in places like the CBGB club. Blondie appeared in that context and, in eight years of career only (although they reformed much later), became not only a million-selling band but a pop icon in their own right. Even though most people associate Blondie with singer Debbie Harry, the clever guitar parts of Chris Stein are just as responsible for hits like Heart Of Glass or Call Me being so incredibly catchy.
