Janis Joplin tabs
In only three years from her live album Cheap Thrills with the band Big Brother And The Holding Company (1967) to her tragic passing at the age of 27, Janis went from typical San Francisco psychedelia (with a sublime rendition of the jazz standard Summertime) to the soul and blues of Pearl. Always surrounded by great guitarists (Sam Andrew, David Getz, John Till), she herself could more than hold her own on acoustic. A legend, an icon, and one of the greatest voice of blues.
