There’s no stopping funk music... From their first album in 1970 to their 2011 tour, TOP has grown into a venerable American institution. Their irresistible grooves (courtesy of drummer David Garibaldi and bass player Rocco Prestia), lush and punchy brass parts and catchy compositions have made them the go-to reference of white funk. Their best-known period dates back to the early seventies with hits like What Is Hip, off their 1973 eponymous album.
