The Chicago band Earth, Wind And Fire display an amazing level of musicianship : the tightness of the rhythm section, the perfect horn arrangements and the dry funky guitar parts all add up to a very tasty recipe that started in the early seventies. The band has gone through twenty different line-ups (always featuring the White brothers, Verdine and Maurice) and many different styles of music (from funk to disco and jazz), scoring worldwide hits along the way such as Let’s Groove, Shining Star and September.
