Don Reno tabs
Earl Scruggs became a hugely popular and influential banjo player as part of bluegrass superstar Bill Monroe’s band, and in the forties any player was bound to be compared with him. To avoid that, Don Reno developed a very personal style mostly based on single note runs and a very technical approach, which eventually led him to replace Scruggs in Monroe’s band. To this day, he is most famous for his instrumental piece Feudin’ Banjos.
