Robert Palmer tabs
After going through the usual second-rate bands that any aspiring British soul singer had to go through in the sixties, Robert Palmer finally released his first solo album Sneakin’ Sally Through the Alley in 1974. His sound evolved from gritty funk to a cleaner shade of blue-eyed soul and got his biggest hit in 1985 with Addicted To Love, a song that got heavy airplay on MTV at the time and featured Andy Taylor on the guitar, Robert’s ex bandmate in Power Station.
