Rainbow tabs
Most guitar fans know Ritchie Blackmore through his work in the best version of Deep Purple, but his main creative outlet has always been Rainbow. Even though the band has only been active during Blackmore’s time away from his other band (from 1975 to 1984, then from 1993 to 1997, at which date Ritchie chose to focus on medieval music and give up rock altogether), Rainbow has sold an impressive 28 million records worldwide. Not bad for a side band.
